An abandoned cart email campaign was created for Altice's Optimum brand to reconnect with customers who have left the Optimum branded website without completing a purchase. The triggered email sends customers a reminder they have left behind items in their cart and encourage them to go back and complete their purchase.

To reconnect with customers to recapture sales and generate revenue.

Received a 3% increase in monthly remarketing sales for Altice USA.
