Jersey Panel, Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill Sustainable Facilities

Jersey Panel is a Southern New Jersey-based manufacturer and installer of prefabricated exterior wall systems. Prefabrication involves off-site manufacturing and/or building of project parts. Jersey Panel's prefabricated finished wall panel solutions are lightweight, energy-efficient, durable, cost-effective, and require only a fraction of the field personnel typically needed for an installation. Healthcare projects with similar layouts are ideal candidates for prefabrication. For instance, Jersey Panel's eight-person work crew installed a total of 475 prefabricated panels, including 125 with mixed finishes, amounting to 121,000 square feet of prefabricated wall panels over a four-month period in 54 workdays at Inspira Health's 204-bed community hospital in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, spanning 473,000 square feet.

Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill was developed with a synergistic design focused on energy conservation and sustainability. Every partner collaborated from the outset of the development, incorporating the latest state-of-the-art systems and unique features. As a result, this medical center is 25% more energy-efficient than most hospital facilities within the region, positively impacting the South Jersey community for decades to come.
